Our Shop Policies

Our Goal

Our goal is for our customers to enjoy a wonderful and happy experience. Please ask us any questions before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.  

Orders missing personalized information will be delayed, so please don't forget to include that information on your order, or send us an email once your order has been submitted. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately because our items are made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However in the event of an error made on our part, we will be prompt to make it right. 

 

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Paypal. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of your purchase, as long as your item is not yet in production. 

 

Processing times & Shipping 

Our processing estimated time is 3-4 business days. (time the item will be ready for shipping)

All orders are shipped via USPS and will include a tracking number.

After your order has shipped, please allow 2-7 business days transit time. An additional sales tax must be charged for all orders shipped within California.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any delay and/or lost packages caused after your item has shipped.

If you would like to insure your item, please contact us so we can obtain a quote and assist you in adding that option to your order.

FAQs

I submitted my order today, when would my item shipped? 
Our processing time is between 2-4 business days. Sometimes this could vary, so please if you are in a rush, contact us first to ensure your item will be received when needed.

Where do I add personalized information? 
At checkout you will have the option to add notes to your order. In case this was missed please send us the information via email info@kuahlee.com and we will gladly add that information to your order. 

How do I order the correct size? 
We always recommend measuring a current shirt you own for best fit. Please reference our sizing chart.
